Michelle has a passion for teaching mamas-to-be how to be in tune with their bodies to prepare for labor.
In her 6 session prenatal series, she will guide you through self-discovery, mindful meditation, pain coping techniques, breathing strategies, dynamic movement, strength work, and a restorative practice. Her goal is to encourage your mind & body what it already knows how to do and what it was meant to do, to birth from within.
For the final class partners are encouraged to join (no extra cost).
