Prenatal Yoga Labor Prep: Birthing From Within

Michelle has a passion for teaching mamas-to-be how to be in tune with their bodies to prepare for labor.

In her 6 session every other week prenatal series, she will guide you through self-discovery, mindful meditation, pain coping techniques, breathing strategies, strength work, and a restorative practice. Her goal is to encourage your mind & body what it already knows how to do and what it was meant to do, to birth from within.
