This class is designed to help mamas plan for the postpartum period including dealing with the real physical physical impact of labor, resources for hormonal recovery, reducing stress and increasing emotional and physical well being. We will discuss and put together an optimal post-birth plan through discussion, journaling, charts, and lists all from Kimberly Ann Johnson and her book, the Fourth Trimester.
Although this book is NOT necessary since material will be presented and presented through the class, it is highly recommended to also read on your own.
