What to expect: This 90-minute yoga workshop will focus on a range of restorative exercises and movement that will help alleviate chronic pain and tension in the shoulders, neck, upper back, arms, and even the wrists. Designed to improve your shoulder mobility and stability, we will also talk about optimal shoulder alignment that will help you with your daily practice and activities. The combination of exercises and alignment is suitable for all-levels — including students recovering or experiencing shoulder, neck and upper back injuries.
