Yin Yawn Yoga | Friday November 30th | 7:15-9:15pm
Put on your jammies and grab your pillow and favorite blanket and head on over to UYS for an evening of relaxation and maybe some Zzzzz's as we rest Yin style using props to unwind and calm the the mind and body. An uplifting surprise awaits you as well. Life is a lot more enjoyable with surprises. You're welcome to bring your favorite "belly hug" snack or drink to enjoy during our surprise time. Hot chocolate, tea, and oatmeal cookies will be provided to all participants.
