This class is geared for your birth partner and will teach them how to help you in labor. We'll learn how prenatal yoga movements and breath work can support you while you labor. Your partners will learn a few techniques that i have found to be very helpful through those tough contractions or surges. You and your partner will go home with a "checklist" of things to do while your at home, in the hospital and transitioning into the pushing phase of your labor.
