Balancing your Hormones with Yoga

Whether your going through puberty, just had a baby or going into your second spring (menopause) we, as women, experience hormonal fluctuations throughout our lives.

In this workshop we will go over some yoga poses that can help with hormone related symptoms such as fatigue, insomnia, and mood swings.

We will explore various herbal teas that nourish, strengthen and rebuild the kidneys and adrenals. Come sample and learn how to make these teas.
