New Class!!! YinYasa with Aileen

This is a half Vinyasa, half Yin Yoga class. Start off heating up the body with sun salutations and a sequence of standing poses followed by passive postures usually seated or reclined held for longer periods of time (3-5 minutes) to allow for deep opening of the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and spine.
