New Class!!! Sunset Flow & Meditation

This early evening class will leave you feeling restored & rejuvenated. You will start with a gentle opening of the body, sun salutations to heat up, and a few cool down postures, followed by deep Yoga Nidra meditation. 

Yoga Nidra will take you into a deep experience of integrated relaxed awareness. During this style of meditation, you leave the waking state, go past the dreaming state into a deep sleep, yet remain awake. It is a powerful tool used for awakening the mind body connection as well as helping people to live happier & healthier lives.
