New Class!!! Yin Yoga with Aileen

Yin Yoga is a class that focuses on the opening of the connective tissues surrounding the joints increasing mobility through passive postures on the floor. Not to be confused with a restorative style, this class is not relaxing but instead challenges the idea of finding peace and ease in the discomfort that potentially arises as you hold poses from 3 to even 20 minutes at a time. Yin Yoga is the gateway to a meditative practice.
