When are you open? We currently offer class 6 days a week with classes in the morning and evening on most days. If you want to come to check out the studio, we have teachers available to answer your questions 15 minutes prior to every class. For more information please contact us via email or phone. 

How do I sign-up? You can register online or through the Mind Body phone app. Also, you can arrive 15 minutes early to class to register in person with on of our UY team members. 

What class is good for beginners? All of our classes are all-levels with experienced teachers ready to provide modifications to meet your level. However, here are our recommended classes for those starting on their yoga journey:

  • Precision Flow (Iyengar Inspired)

  • Slow Flow (Restorative)

  • YinYasa Flow (Yin + Vinyasa)

  • People’s Flow (Vinyasa)

Do I need a mat? Yes. We have mat rentals for $2 but recommend investing in the convenience and comfort of having your own.

How long are your classes? Our classes are 75 minutes long with the exception of Saturday mornings and People's Flow which are 60 minutes long. 

Do you offer private sessions? Yes, we absolutely encourage private sessions for beginners or those with serious injuries/needs. Please contact us for our studio or in-home rates.

What is Maia Mamas? Join our growing mom-to-be and moms of babies & tots community. Our $49 monthly auto-pay membership includes mama + me, prenatal, and 2 UY classes a week.

Do I need to bring anything to prenatal?  Just a yoga mat, but we provide all other props to make you feel comfortable and meet your needs at any stage in your pregnancy.
