Our monthly Yoga 101 class is offered for both new and existing clients as well as both beginner & advanced yogis alike.
This class is taught by UY studio owner Michelle Pasos. Trained at Yoga Works, with a master's in Kinesiology, hundreds of hours of continued yoga education, and over 4,000 hours of teaching experience she is passionate about helping her students develop a sustainable practice with a solid foundation and full understanding of the basic mechanics to a vinyasa yoga practice.
In this workshop, props will be implemented to help cultivate a mind body connection of what postures should feel like while being in proper alignment. Students will receive hands on adjustments and enhancements and experience a private-like practice.
