United Yoga Series

Our mission is to educate, encourage, and empower the heart, mind, & body. Our original UY class is an integrated approach to a wholehearted practice resulting in living our yoga. The is a 2 hour class that includes:

  • Body: 60 minutes of both dynamic and passive postures
  • Mind: 15 minute meditation not limited to mindfulness, guided, pranayama, visualization, silence, and non-focused awareness
  • Heart: 45 minute forum focusing on the power of gratitude, self-transformation through intention setting, and a series of inspiration.
